I am a dedicated and passionate physics student currently honing my skills and knowledge under the mentorship of Professor Pengfei Zhang, a distinguished figure in the field of ultra-cold atom physics. And this semester I have the chance to study in the group of Prof. Hui Zhao and raise my interest in the field of ultra cold atom physics. My academic journey has been characterized by a fervent pursuit of understanding the complexities of the physical universe, which has led me to explore various domains within physics, including high-energy physics, quantum information, and, more recently, ultra-cold atom physics.
My research endeavors began with a focus on high-energy physics, where I delved into intricate topics such as the page curve and hydrodynamics. This initial foray into the theoretical aspects of physics allowed me to develop a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving, skills that have been invaluable as I've expanded my research interests. Recently, my focus has shifted towards the cutting-edge field of ultra-cold atom physics and quantum information, under the guidance of Professor Pengfei Zhang. Here, I've had the opportunity to explore fascinating phenomena such as wormhole teleportation, a topic that sits at the thrilling intersection of quantum mechanics and general relativity. This research has not only deepened my appreciation for the beauty and complexity of quantum systems but has also spurred my interest in further exploring ultra-cold atoms as a platform for understanding quantum information and entanglement.
The summer school on ultra-cold atom physics in Hong Kong presents an unparalleled opportunity for me to immerse myself in an environment dedicated to the advancement of knowledge in this exciting field. I am particularly drawn to the program's comprehensive approach to learning, which combines rigorous coursework with hands-on research experiences.
