In this course, you will learn how promoting the well-being of older adults is essential to achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and why healthy ageing and the prevention of age-related diseases are central to modern healthcare. This course will also explore the link between arterial ageing and heart failure, examining age-related cardiovascular changes like endothelial dysfunction, vascular stiffness, and atherosclerosis. Participants will study their impact on heart function, discover the latest research, and learn strategies for managing these conditions through lectures, workshops, and discussions.
