Min Guo (郭敏)
Tsinghua University
Min is a doctoral student at Tsinghua University, having obtained her bachelor's degree from the same institution in 2024. He is currently part of the Liu Nian Laboratory, where his research focuses on bioinformatics related to transposons. Min investigates the regulatory effects of MIR transposons on genes through both dry and wet experiments, exploring interaction patterns between transposons and genes based on their structural characteristics. His work aims to uncover the mechanisms of various gene elements and interactions. Min is dedicated to studying molecular biology, analyzing potential RNA interaction sites in the genome, identifying RNA complexes in organisms, and exploring possible biological pathways.
