This course aims to foster intellectual exchange on the latest advances in retrotransposon-mediated gene regulation and epigenetic control, with a particular emphasis on development and disease. We strive to cultivate collaborations between local and international scientists from diverse disciplines who share a common interest in retrotransposon research.

Scholarships are available to support travel costs for trainees from outside of Hong Kong. Please briefly describe your research interests in about 100 words if you wish to apply for financial support. All applicants will be reviewed by the meeting organisers before confirmation and successful applicants will be notified one month before the event. Abstract submission
Please submit an abstract if you wish to be considered for a poster or oral presentation. Please upload your abstract in PDF format, including the following sections: Title, authors, affiliation, and an abstract paragraph of no more than 300 words. Presentations will be selected based on the submitted abstracts and successful applicants will be notified with further details in a separate email.
