Primordial Non-Gaussianities

Cosmological inflation near the Big Bang sets the stage for rich dynamics of fundamental physics. In the coming decades, we will obtain abundant observational data on the cosmic microwave background and large-scale structures. Notably, the precision in the primordial non-Gaussianity (PNG) measurement is expected to improve by around an order of magnitude. This will offer us deeper insights into the primordial universe and fundamental physics.

This Croucher Advanced Study Institute (ASI) will bring world-leading experts in cosmology to Hong Kong to engage closely with local participants on PNG. The programme will combine lectures and focused discussions spanning cosmological bootstrap, cosmological collider physics, cosmological parity violation, and effective field theory of large-scale structure.
