Zijie Zhao is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Medical Bioinformatics at Peking University Health Science Center, under the mentorship of researcher Ruidong Xue since 2022. Zhao's research centres on unraveling the clonal evolution of cancer genomes and dynamically regulating the tumour microenvironment. By Integrating advanced technologies like single-cell, spatial, and multi-omics, with innovative bioinformatics methods and functional experiments techniques, Zhao's work aims to uncover new patterns and mechanisms in tumour evolution and microenvironmental interaction, striving to identify new targets and strategies for precision cancer diagnosis and treatment.
