Wenxuan Liu (刘文轩)

Wenxuan Liu is a PhD student at the AIDS Institute with a keen interest in immunology, particularly antibody research and the mechanisms underlying immune-mediated cures for viral infections and cancer. During his undergraduate studies in Veterinary Medicine, he focused on the histology and histopathology of canine breast cancer, while also contributing to research on a recombinant vaccine against Pigeon Paramyxovirus type 1 (PPMV-1). Outside of academia, he enjoys marathon running, football, hiking, and singing. He hopes to have an engaging, meaningful, and fruitful experience during the summer course while connecting with fellow students and professors across diverse fields.
