Ryan Tse (謝梓曦)
University of Hong Kong
I am a PhD student currently working under the supervision of Helen Yan and SY Leung. My research interest focuses on the tumour immune microenvironment in colorectal carcinoma. I am particularly interested in how genetic alterations affect the dynamic interactions between tumour and immune cells. In addition, I am studying the interaction between different immune components. My research project also focuses on developing and refining tumour organoid co-culture models to better understand the underlying mechanisms of immune evasion. Apart from this, I am also interested in exploring promising immunotherapies, such as TCR-T and CAR-T therapies.
