Minqi Lin is a first year PhD student in the Immunology lab of Burkhard Becher at the University of Zurich. She has obtained a Master of Science degree in Biomedicine from the University of Zurich. Her research mainly focuses on the malignant and healthy immune compartments of B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma patients, identifying the immune features that are altered during targeted therapies, and stratifying signatures that are predictive of clinical treatment outcomes. She has acquainted herself with spectral flow cytometry and the subsequent data-driven analyses of high dimensional data in R.
