Philip Li is a specialist in immunology and allergy and a clinical assistant professor at the University of Hong Kong. He is also the Chief of the Division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology. Li is also involved in regional organisations, serving as the Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Allergy and the Board Director of the Asia Pacific Association of Allergy, Asthma, and Clinical Immunology. He established Hong Kong’s first specialist training centre in immunology and allergy and leads the Hong Kong Drug Allergy Delabeling Initiative (HK-DADI).

Li heads the immunology and allergy services at the Hospital Authority Hong Kong West Cluster, which has been accredited as both an Urticaria and Angioedema Centre of Reference and Excellence (UCARE and ACARE). He has received awards for his clinical contributions and has special interests in anaphylaxis, drug hypersensitivity, and immunodeficiency. Professor Li has led and authored many regional immunology and allergy guidelines and has published over 110 peer-reviewed articles in the fields of allergy, immunology, and autoimmunity. He also serves on the editorial boards of several scientific journals.
