Ocean Ouyang
Peking University
Ocean Ouyang is a currently a first-year PhD student in Professor Guangxu Ju's group at Peking University. Their lab focuses on exploring the surface/interface structural dynamics during the epitaxy of III-Nitrides. His interest is the surface science and atomic dynamics of InGaN and AlN growth.
