I'm currently a first-year PhD student in Professor Guangxu Ju's group in PKU. Our lab focuses on exploring the surface/interface structural dynamics during the epitaxy of III-Nitrides. My interest is the Surface science and atomic dynamics of InGaN and AlN growth.
