Stella Wang is a postgraduate student pursuing a Master's in Sports Biomechanics at Loughborough University, renowned for their unrivalled research, teaching, and partnerships across sport, exercise, and health sciences. Born and raised in China, Stella graduated with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from Loughborough University. At the undergraduate level, Stella gained extensive knowledge in sports rehabilitation, psychology, the musculoskeletal system, and biomechanics.
Her undergraduate dissertation, titled "Exploring the impact of Obesity and Physical Activity on Immune cell cytokine responses to stimulation with COVID-19 spike protein", produced valuable experimental findings and received an excellent grade and . During her postgraduate studies, Stella focused on 3D motion analysis and simulation model development. Her master's dissertation examined the biomechanics of tennis serve performance. Besides academia, Stella is an amateur tennis player on the university's performance team.
