Xin Yang received her bachelor's degree in physical education from Henan Normal University and is currently a 3rd year master's student at Shanghai University of Sport. Additionally, she holds the title of national level 1 athlete in Taekwondo. During her master's programme, she actively involved in the application and implementation of multiple provincial projects and a national project related to the science and technology service for winter Olympics games. She also participated in the 13th Sports Science Conference and the 1st China Competitive Sports Science Conference. She was honoured with a scholarship for outstanding performance in sports competitions and received the National Scholarship for three consecutive years. Her primary research interests include sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, strength and conditioning training.
