Xin Yang received her bachelor's degree in physical education from Henan Normal University and is currently a third-year master's student at the Shanghai University of Sport. Additionally, she is a National Level 1 athlete in Taekwondo. During her master's studies, she was actively involved in the application and implementation of several provincial projects as well as a national science and technology support project for the Olympic Winter Games. Xin Yang also presented at the 13th National Sports Science Conference and the 1st China Competitive Sports Science Conference. She was honoured with a scholarship for outstanding performance in sports competitions and received the National Scholarship for three consecutive years. Her primary research interests include sports injury prevention, rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning.
