Gabrielle Zhu (朱晓雪)
Shandong Sport University
My name is Zhu Xiaoxue from Tai'an City, Shandong Province, China. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Therapy from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sports Rehabilitation at Shandong Sport University. I have completed one English paper scheduled for publication and one Chinese paper undergoing revision, focusing on chronic ankle instability (CAI) and ankle sprains. In my recent research, I discovered that increasing the toe-out angle during drop-landing tests for individuals with CAI reduces the maximum ankle inversion angle upon landing. We utilised finite element analysis techniques to construct a three-dimensional rigid-body foot model and analyse ligament strains. I am eager to participate in this course, learn from esteemed professors, and explore new perspectives in the academic field. I aim to network with teachers and classmates to further my academic journey towards a PhD.
