Yin Yee Ho

Yin Yee is a first-year PhD student in Professor Jason Wong’s lab at the University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on understanding the mutational processes in cancers, with a particular interest in using nanopore sequencing to detect DNA lesions and non-canonical nucleotides. She is currently investigating the epigenetic function of mutagenic genomic uracil in human genomes and its impact on the genome and epigenome.
