Eva Zarschenas

Eva is a master’s student in Biochemistry and Molecular Biomedicine at Graz University of Technology and the University of Graz. Since April 2023, she has worked at the Diagnostic and Research Institute of Hygiene, Microbiology, and Environmental Medicine, Medical University of Graz, conducting experiments in microbiology. Passionate about genetics, Eva has experience with gene knockout research from her bachelor’s thesis and has taught in silico cloning as part of a university lecture. She is keen to deepen her knowledge of CRISPR and explore its applications through hands-on experimentation.
