Chenxu Yang

Chenxu recently completed a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at Tohoku University, Japan, where her research explored the epigenetic regulation of adipogenesis, focusing on how glucose availability impacts lipid storage through histone modifications. Her previously earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Macau University of Science and Technology, where her studied kidney cancer and the role of XPC in drug resistance. With a strong interest in metabolism, gene regulation, and disease, Chenxu is seeking advanced research training to further develop her skills and prepare for a PhD programme in molecular and cellular biology.
