Michelle Wille
Senior Research Fellow, Doherty Institute, University of Melbourne

Michelle Wille is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Pathogen Genomics. She previously held a prestigious ARC Discovery Early Career Research Award at the University of Sydney. She has an ongoing honorary position at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Reference and Research on Influenza. Wille is interested in One Health-scale research, with a focus on viruses of wildlife, studying the ecology and evolution of avian influenza viruses, globally, as well as virus community ecology in avian systems.
