Chris Mok is Assistant Professor in The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His group focuses on the virology and immunology of emerging infectious diseases including influenza and coronavirus. He is particularly interested to understand how the adaptive immunity is regulated and sharpen by the evolution of respiratory viruses which will help to further improve the design of new vaccines. He is currently serving as Associate Editor of Virology Journal and Frontiers in Immunology as well as Guest Editor of PLoS Pathogens.
