Yee Teng Chan

Yee Teng is a research fellow in Dr Chee Wah Tan’s lab, focusing on antibody responses following influenza infection and host-pathogen interactions in infectious diseases. She completed her PhD at the University of Malaya under the guidance of Professors Adeeba Kamarulzaman, Reena Rajasuriar, Cheng Kian-Kai, and Won Fen Wong, with research on immunometabolism and T cell exhaustion in chronic HIV infection. Her interests lie in immunology, infectious diseases, viral evolution, and vaccine development. Yee Teng began her research journey in Dr Won Fen Wong’s lab, studying molecular immunology across bacteriology, virology, and autoimmune diseases.
