Frida Esther Sparaciari

Frida Esther holds a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from Universidade Estácio de Sá, Brazil, and a master’s degree in Food Safety and Quality from Università degli Studi di Padova, Italy. She is currently pursuing a PhD at James Cook University, focusing on zoonotic infectious diseases in traditional food markets. With experience in international organisations, Frida specialises in food safety, animal health management, and zoonotic disease surveillance. Her expertise includes designing, executing, and communicating research projects and development programs, with a strong commitment to improving public and animal health.
