Yuan Chen is an assistant professor at International Center for Quantum Materials, School of Physics, Peking University. He received his bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in June 2015, and his PhD in Physics from California Institute of Technology in June 2020. He was a research scientist with the Quantum AI team at Google. From September 2020 to June 2023, he was a Joint Quantum Institute (JQI) postdoctoral fellow at University of Maryland, College Park. He joined the School of Physics at Peking University in July 2023.
