Weizhen Jia is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Physics at CUHK. His research interests lie in the intersection of quantum field theory, condensed matter physics and mathematical physics, with a focus on symmetries and quantum anomalies. He is also experienced in the study of gravity and holographic duality. Weizhen earned his PhD in Physics from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2024, following a BS in Physics from Beijing Normal University in 2017.
