Weiqiang Chen (陈伟强)

Weiqiang Chen is a professor at Southern University of Science and Technology. He received his PhD degree from the Center for Advanced Study, Tsinghua University in 2006. From October 2006 to September 2008, he was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Physics at University of Hong Kong. From October 2008 to October 2011, he served as a research assistant professor at University of Hong Kong. Currently, he works on condensed matter theory at SUSTech, with research interests including high-temperature superconductivity, correlated topological states of matter, and numerical simulations of strongly correlated systems.
