Haoran Zhang is a PhD student in the Department of Physics at Tsinghua University under the supervision of Professor Shuo Yang. His research interests include quantum many body theory, topological phases of matter and generalised symmetry. He is currently working on topics related to symmetry protected topological phases and deconfined quantum criticality.
