Li Wang

Li Wang received his bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from Yunnan University and obtained his Master’s degree from the Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He completed his PhD and postdoctoral training at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interest lies in the early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease and drug discovery. His research on the role of endothelial YAP signalling in atherogenesis was published in Nature and he received the Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Award (first-class award) in 2019, Ministry of Education, China.
