Efficiently enable antigen and antibody kinetics and affinity by Biacore technique. Performed data analysis and led presentations in targeting lipocalin-2 variants for cardiovascular and chronic kidney diseases project. Objectively analyzed the comprehensive processing data by SPSS. Build a trustworthy and reliable assay for lipocalin-2 variants detection by measuring the concentration of lipocalin-2 in human blood (serum) and comparing the sensitivity and specificity of hLcn2, C87A, and R81E by creating three double antibody sandwich ELISAs during my master degree.
