Dr Chan's research interests include: C-type lectin receptors immunobiology: its role in autoimmune diseases and infection; cellular immuno-dysregulation in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE); development of humanized-mouse models for autoimmune diseases pathogenesis study; immuno-therapeutics development.
