She is currently an associate professor in the physics department of Chongqing University. Her research interest is wide, including cosmology, particle physics and quantum field theory. She received her PhD from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She subsequently worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Stockholm University and Kobe University.
