Jiamin Hou is currently an Emmy Noether Group Leader at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Her research focuses on bridging observational data and fundamental physics, particularly by applying higher-order statistics to galaxy survey data to extract cosmological information from the large-scale distribution of galaxies, probe early-Universe physics, and test fundamental symmetries such as parity violation on cosmological scales.
