Yunzhi Zou (邹云志)
Sun Yat-sen university Cancer Center
My name is Zou Yunzhi, a graduate student at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center, with strong interests in neuro-oncology, brain metastasis and neuroendocrine tumors. My research focuses on dissecting tumor heterogeneity, invasiveness, and microenvironmental interactions using single-cell RNA sequencing, single-cell ATAC-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and epigenetic approaches, including DNA methylation and chromatin accessibility analysis. I am particularly interested in how transcriptional and epigenetic reprogramming shapes the malignant behavior of central nervous system and pituitary tumors. I aim to integrate multi-omics data to identify novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets. I look forward to engaging in academic exchange and collaborative research in this field.
