Yulan Deng (邓雨岚)
West China School of Medicine, West China Hospital Sichuan University
Graduating with a degree in Bioinformatics from Harbin Medical University in 2017, I subsequently served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at West China Hospital, Sichuan University from 2017 to 2020. Since 2020, I have been an Assistant Investigator at the Chest Cancer Institute within West China Hospital. My current research focuses on deciphering the mechanisms underlying cancer progression, particularly in lung cancer. This includes investigating early tumor development, late-stage brain metastasis, and therapy resistance. To achieve this, I employ cutting-edge approaches such as single-cell transcriptome analysis, spatial transcriptome analysis, and integrative multi-omics analysis to unravel complex tumor biology and identify potential therapeutic targets.
