Yu Liu (刘宇)
The University of Hong Kong
My name is Yu Liu, a PhD student in Applied Oral Sciences and Community Dental Care at the Faculty of Dentistry. My research focuses on leveraging multi-omics approaches to unravel the molecular mechanisms underlying oncology, with a particular interest in oral cancer. Last year, I had the privilege of publishing a study integrating genomics and transcriptomics to identify potential biomarkers for oral squamous cell carcinoma. This experience deepened my appreciation for interdisciplinary collaboration in precision oncology. Attending this program is a wonderful opportunity to learn from experts and peers in the field. I’d love to connect with anyone working on similar topics or exploring translational applications of multi-omics.
