West China Hospital, Sichuan University
I am a PhD student in neurosurgery at West China Hospitalof Sichuan University. My research focuses on deciphering crucial biological mechanisms of brain tumor progression and treatment based on single-cell spatial multi-omics, including tumor heterogeneity classification and targeted therapy prediction during the evolution of craniopharyngioma; molecular typing system of meningioma; spatial cell atlas of brain metastases. Based on single-cell spatial multi-omics with paired clinical information, we conduct longitudinal cohort studies in the diagnosis and treatment of brain tumors. My research is surrounding the below themes: 1.Molecular classification and targeted drug development for meningioma based on single-cell multi-omics and AI. 2. Precise diagnosis of molecular typing of craniopharyngioma. 3. Optimization of personalized and precise treatment plan combining surgical and targeted therapy for craniopharyngioma.
