Xiuqi Wang (王修齐)
The University of Hong Kong
I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Biomedical Sciences at Faculty of Dentistry, the University of Hong Kong. My research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms of brain metastasis, particularly through multi-omics data integration and network analysis. Using systems biology approaches, I analyze large-scale genomic and transcriptomic datasets to identify key regulators and pathways involved in tumor progression. Recently, I have been working on developing novel algorithms to predict drug sensitivity in patient-derived organoids, combining machine learning with biological network analysis. My work aims to contribute to personalized medicine by improving our understanding of tumor heterogeneity and drug response prediction.
