School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University
Jinbang Li is a PhD student in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine in Stomatology in 2021 and is currently pursuing research in the tumor immune microenvironment and therapeutic resistance in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), with a focus on lymph node metastases. His interdisciplinary work integrates single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and multiplex immunohistochemistry to dissect immune cell heterogeneity and neoadjuvant immunotherapy response. Li’s recent studies highlight distinct pathological responses between primary tumors and lymph node metastases and identify novel mechanisms of immune evasion, including macrophage-associated pathways. His research aims to uncover potential immunotherapeutic targets to improve treatment outcomes in head and neck cancer. Passionate about translational oncology, Li also engages in murine model experiments and clinical tissue-based analysis. He is enthusiastic about academic exchange and collaborative innovation in precision oncology.
