Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology
I am currently a Special Associate Professor at the School of Pharmacy, Shenzhen Technology University, and an Associate Researcher at the Cancer Immunology Research Center, Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. I received my PhD in tumor biology from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. My research focuses on understanding the tumor microenvironment and mechanisms of resistance to immunotherapy, particularly CAR-T cell therapy. I am especially interested in how endothelial cell metabolism and vascular remodeling influence immune cell infiltration in solid tumors. In recent years, my group has worked on developing tools such as endothelial-targeted lipid nanoparticles and in vivo CAR-T tracing systems to better explore these mechanisms. I hope our work can contribute to improving the effectiveness of immunotherapy for challenging tumors like glioblastoma.
