I am a PhD student in Stem Cell Biology from LKS Faculty of Medicine, the University of Hong Kong & Centre for Translational Stem Cell Biology. Currently, I am working with Prof Rio Sugimura and Prof Pengtao Liu using single-cell spatial RNA sequencing and novel molecular barcoding system to study early hematopoiesis in human stem cell-based organoid. I am interested in where the first blood come from and how they support the early embryo development. My ultimate goal is to understand how stem cell products can be used for regenerative medicine. During my PhD, I have visited University of Cambridge and Harvard Medical School to adapt top technologies and accelerate my projects.
