I am a PhD student set to graduate in 2024, specializing in pattern recognition and bioinformatics. My research background mainly includes developing databases and conducting drug screening by analyzing brain activity maps in zebrafish models. I have also focused on identifying histopathological spatial organization features for inflammation and cancer prognosis and subtyping using artificial intelligence methods such as deep learning. My primary areas of study include pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), breast cancer (BC), and ulcerative colitis (UC). Through my work, I aim to contribute to the understanding and treatment of these complex diseases, leveraging advanced computational techniques to drive innovation in the field.
