Wing Sze Tam is a newly recruited scientific officer at the Hong Kong Observatory (HKO), currently working in the aviation branch. As part of her role, she is beginning to explore the use of Lidar technology for detecting wind shear and turbulence, recognising the importance of these tools in enhancing aviation safety. Although she is still in the early stages of her career and has much to learn, she is enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead. Eager to expand her knowledge and skills, she is looking forward to participating in an upcoming training course, which will provide valuable insights and strengthen her contributions to the field.
