Wing Sze Tam (譚穎思)
Hong Kong Observatory
I am a newly recruited Scientific Officer at the Hong Kong Observatory (HKO), current working in the aviation branch. As part of my role, I am beginning to explore the use of Lidar technology for detecting wind shear and turbulence, recognising the importance of these tools in enhancing aviation safety. Although I am still in the early stages of my career and has much to learn, I am enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead. Eager to expand my knowledge and skills, I am looking forward to participating in an upcoming training course, which will provide valuable insights and strengthen my contributions to the field.
