Priyadarshi Maurya
Scuola Superiore IUSS
Priyadarshi Maurya is a first year PhD student. She completed five year integrated masters in environmental sciences and her research domains are in computational wind engineering. She is interested in simulating synoptic wind (neutral atmospheric boundary layer) wind condition in various computational settings using experimental and numerical techniques under controlled conditions. Her research is focused on mapping local wind condition using deterministic and non deterministic transfer coefficient in a complex environment and then validate CFD results using undisturbed field measurement (LiDAR profiler/ LiDAR Scanner). This workshop is a great learning opportunity, specifically for PhD scholars, for broadening understanding and knowledge in this field.
