I graduated from the University of Auckland with PhD in Physics. After my graduation, I worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the University of Hong Kong in Astronomy projects. After that, I moved to the field of atmospheric modelling and is now working in the CPAS team of Clustertech limited as a computational scientist. My research interests are focused on data assimilation for weather forecasting and development of the CPAS model with data assimilation techniques in order to provide regional weather forecasting down to the scales of hundreds of meter. In addition, I am also interested in incorporation of machine learning techniques in data assimilation.
