Junxia Dou (窦军霞)
Institute of Urban Meteorology, CMA
Junxia Dou graduated from Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2006 with a doctoral degree. After working at the Institute of Urban Meteorology, she begins her focus on urban flux observation, analysis, and simulation. Based on eddy fluxes observations in Beijing city, fluxes values, temporal variation characteristics, and the energy budget among sites will be compared and analysed; differences in flux observation results between Beijing and foreign cities will also be discussed and analysed. Moreover, the relationship between the parameters of land cover type and percentage, as well as building height and layout and ratios of sensible and latent heat fluxes to the net radiation will be studied. She is currently working on optimising the parameterisation scheme of SUEWS to improve the simulation effect of radiation and energy fluxes.
