National University of Singapore
I am a Research Fellow in Department of Architecture, National University of Singapore. I'm currently working on neighbourhood scale CFD simulations of urban microclimate, with specific focuses on the impact of different input Atmospheric Boundary Layer (ABL) wind profiles (e.g., empirically estimated wind profiles and LiDAR measured wind profiles). I obtained my PHD from University of Bologna, Italy. My research interests also include the application of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) on urban microclimate phenomena, Computational Wind Engineering (CWE), Wind effects on structures, Atmospheric Boundary Layer (ABL) wind fields simulation, non-synoptic wind effects simulations, adaptive mesh refinement (AMR) techniques et al.
