Jason Ko (高雋奇)

Jason Ko is an assistant planner at Planning Department focusing on urban design projects. He graduated from UCL in 2020, with professional experience in master-planning, district planning, and real estate development through different roles in the industry.
Currently, Jason is an assistant town planner with the urban design and landscape unit of the Planning Department. Harnessing LiDAR is crucial to navigating complicated urban design context and the urban ventilation, all of which are important factors to a sustainable and resilient plan. Through this course, he wishes to learn more about how LiDAR can assist Planners in evaluating the urban wind environment, wind buffer, as well as how LiDAR can aid research and planning policy decisions.
