I graduated in 2022 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specialising in Computational Mechanics and Engineering at the Tehnicki Fakultet in Rijeka. I am currently PhD student t at Scuola Superiore Studi (IUSS) Pavia in the CARISMA group in Wind Engineering. My PhD project is titled Risk Assessment of the Port Exposure to downslope winds, for which a complementary approach of field measurements with LiDAR scanner and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations will be used to predict the wind field in a specific port area and the effects of downslope winds on port infrastructures. The case study is Port of Genoa, Italy.
