Researcher and advisor in the Graduate Program in Sustainability. PhD in Atmospheric Sciences by the Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences of the University of Sao Paulo (IAG-USP). Post-doctorate in urban atmosphere modeling at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in Boulder, CO, US and in urban-ocean-atmosphere interactions in coastal cities at the Colorado University in Boulder, CO, US. Performs research on urban atmosphere, urban heat islands, ocean-atmosphere interaction, air quality, and air pollutant emissions. She works with numerical atmospheric models of meso and micro-scale, and oceanic and air quality numerical models.
