Emma Leung is current working in the Planning Department as Air Ventilation Assessment Expert. The major duty is to provide technical advice to planner on the AVA submission issue, review consultant’s submission for planning application and manage the consultant for those in-house term consultancy study. She also participates in the Urban Climatic Map Study and the update of the upcoming Technical Circular of AVA and the Urban Planning Standard and Design Guide. Before joining Planning Department, Emma was a Building Sustainability Consultant in Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong Ltd and the project manager of Air Ventilation Assessment Projects and Microclimate Studies for Public Housing Development.
