BL Choy is a meteorologist responsible for the development of applications for the creation and provision of meteorological information and services. He has been dealing with the processing and rendering of meteorological data, as well as the preparation and distribution of meteorological messages for the Hong Kong public and the aviation community. He has been in touch with many generations of PCs, servers and networking equipment, their interconnection and application in different aspects of provision of meteorological information services. Some websites and mobile applications for aviation have gained popularity with the community and are being used by quite a number of airlines in Hong Kong.
