I am a visiting researcher from the University of Helsinki, Finland, where I also received my PhD in atmospheric science in 2022. I'm currently working on traffic emission modelling, focusing on quantifying the impacts by emerging transport technologies. Together with the urban meteorological group, we built a geospatial dynamic traffic emission framework which takes traffic congestion and meteorological parameters (different wind and temperature profiles) into account. This high spatio-temporal approach would help support and improve the resolution of existing urban climate models. My research interests also include developing novel techniques to integrate multiple sources of climate and air quality data available in the city, for example reference measurement stations, eddy covariance tower, low-cost sensors, together with remote sensing data of both satellite and LiDAR.
